Automatic Escalation When Supers Go Silent
SiteSuper now automatically bridges a conference call or books a follow-up when a superintendent misses reports — no manual follow-up required.
Missing a daily report happens. Missing three in a row without anyone noticing is how small problems become expensive surprises.
Until now, catching a streak of missed reports meant checking your dashboard every morning, then manually calling or emailing to follow up. That works when you have two supers. It breaks down when you have ten.
SiteSuper now handles this automatically with Missed Report Triggers.
How it works
You configure a trigger on any super that defines what should happen — and when. Set a threshold (e.g. "after 3 consecutive misses") and choose an action:
- Conference call — SiteSuper's AI calls your super, lets them know their manager is being bridged in, and connects both parties on the same call.
- Cal.com booking — A follow-up meeting is automatically booked using your connected Cal.com account.
You also choose the fire mode: Once triggers fire at exactly the threshold you set. Every miss triggers fire at the threshold and again on every miss after that — useful for situations where the issue is ongoing.
Once per streak, not once forever
If a super misses 3 reports, the trigger fires. They get back on track, then miss 3 again a month later — the trigger fires again. It resets with the streak, so you always get notified when the pattern repeats.
Setting it up
Open any super's detail page and scroll to Missed Report Triggers. Click Add trigger, choose the type, set your threshold and fire mode, and save. For conference calls, add the phone numbers you want bridged in. For Cal.com bookings, connect your Cal.com account under Skills first.
All trigger activity is logged under Trigger Logs in the sidebar — so you can see what fired, when, and whether it succeeded.
