Head to Skills in your workspace and connect either Google Calendar or Cal.com with one click. Once connected, every report that comes in triggers a follow-up appointment on your calendar — with your super listed as the attendee.
You choose when: a set number of minutes after the report, or the next business day at a time you configure.
The call happens on its own
When the appointment time arrives, SiteSuper automatically calls your super for a brief check-in. The call lasts under three minutes and covers three things: any updates on flagged issues, current crew count, and changes to tomorrow's plan.
You also get an SMS the moment the call starts, so you know it's happening.
Nothing falls through
If your super is suspended or your workspace is out of credits, the follow-up is cancelled — not forgotten. Every scheduled call is tracked in the system with a clear status so you always know what happened.
The system is careful about duplicates too. If two reports come in close together, only one follow-up gets scheduled.
