Per-Schedule Report Topics: Ask Different Questions on Different Days

Each schedule can now have its own set of report topics — so Monday morning concrete pours get different questions than Friday afternoon site walkthroughs.

A site super running a concrete pour on Monday has very different things to report than the same super doing a safety walkthrough on Friday afternoon. With per-schedule report topics, you can ask exactly the right questions at exactly the right time.

How It Works

Report topics live inside each schedule, not at the super level. Open a schedule card on the super's detail page and you'll find the topics editor inline — add, reorder, or remove topics without leaving the page.

When the cron fires for that schedule, the voice agent, SMS prompt, email, and web form all use only the topics configured for that specific schedule. No bleed-over between schedules.

Topics Drive Everything

  • Phone calls — the outbound agent asks only the configured topics, one at a time, in order. No hardcoded questions.
  • SMS / Email — the prompt includes the topic list; Claude extracts values when the super replies.
  • Web form — the form renders only the fields for that schedule's topics.

Schedule Guardrails

A schedule with no topics configured is automatically disabled — you can't accidentally send a call that asks nothing. Add the first topic and the schedule enables itself. Remove the last topic and it disables again. No orphaned active schedules.

Duplicate a Schedule

Need a similar schedule with slightly different times or topics? Hit Duplicate on any schedule card. It copies all settings and topics into a new disabled draft, ready for you to adjust before enabling.

Per-schedule topics are available now on all super detail pages.
