Every super now has a unique URL they can open on any device to submit their daily report — no app download, no account required.
The best reporting system is the one your supers will actually use. For some, that's a phone call. For others, it's a text. And for plenty of supers on a job site with muddy hands and spotty signal, it's tapping a link and filling in a quick form.
Every super in SiteSuper now has a unique, permanent report form URL.
How It Works
Each super's detail page shows their report link with a one-click Copy button. Share it however you want — text it to them, paste it into their onboarding email, add it to your site's information board.
When they open the link:
- No login required
- The form shows only their schedule's configured report topics
- They fill in their answers and hit Submit
- The report lands in SiteSuper instantly, exactly like a phone or SMS report
Works With Everything
Web reports flow through the same pipeline as every other channel:
- Skills fire (Google Sheets gets updated, email/SMS notifications send)
- Missed reports auto-resolve if one was open
- The report appears in the dashboard and report history
WhatsApp Template Integration
When SiteSuper sends a WhatsApp dispatch, the template message includes a "View details" button that links directly to the super's report form. One tap takes them straight to the form — no searching, no logging in.
