1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, adding supers, and configuring schedules — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and report content submitted by site superintendents.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to deliver the SiteSuper service: scheduling and dispatching report requests, collecting and storing daily progress reports, and sending notifications to workspace managers.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in North America. Report audio recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days. Account and report data is retained for as long as your workspace is active.
4. Communications
SiteSuper initiates phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, and emails to supers you add to your workspace. By adding a super, you confirm you have appropriate authorization to contact that individual using the information provided.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party providers to deliver our service:
- Magpipe — voice calls, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging
- Postmark — transactional and inbound email
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Anthropic — report content parsing via Claude AI
6. Cookies
We use cookies strictly for authentication (Supabase session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Workspace owners can delete individual supers and their report history from the dashboard.
