Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a SiteSuper account or using the SiteSuper service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

SiteSuper provides a construction site reporting platform that automates daily progress report collection from site superintendents via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SiteSuper to:

  • Contact individuals without their consent or in violation of applicable telemarketing or messaging laws (including TCPA, CASL, and GDPR)
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to contact the phone numbers and email addresses you add to the platform.

5. Credits and Billing

SiteSuper operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when calls, SMS messages, and emails are dispatched. Unused credits are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all report data submitted through SiteSuper. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely to deliver the service. We do not use your report content to train AI models.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that report requests will be successfully delivered or that all reports will be received. Telecom delivery depends on third-party carriers beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSuper's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
